Touching Base for the Weekend
Well, things are getting ready for bed here at the end of a lovely weekend. None of that has anything to do with being a hardgainer or weight-lifting, but you can rest assured that I'll get into something sometime soon...
For now, it's all about gearing up for August 1st and coming to terms with what that will all entail. Rest assured I'll keep you well updated.
Basic thoughts:
Going to be aiming at two sets of six to ten reps of high-intensity exercise.
Going to be rotating which body parts I work, and doing each part twice a week.
Going to be eating lots. This part seems to be key with me.
That's it for now - snooze time (going to be getting good rest... until baby comes along in November...)
